It is not hard to learn how to use membrane vacuum press. The pre- machined MDF components are sprayed with heat activated glue and placed in shelves for 20-30 minutes, after that MDF components placed inside vacuum press. On top of MDF components you need to place PVC foil. Using our automatic mode chooses type of PVC and all temperature and vacuum parameters Twill automatically appear. Press start button and enjoy the view. The PVC foil is then heated to enhance its pliability. When the vacuum is introduced, the PVC foil is sucked down tight around the parts. After procedure finished you open press, cut out MDF components already coved with PVC foil.
