    DESCRIPTION:
  • Machine loading, cutting and breaking sheet of flat glass
  • The structure of the machine is made of welded steel pipes protected with two coats of paint, corrosion and colored enamel
  • wooden desk surface is covered with woolly-coated to ensure maximum efficiency air bag
  • Powerful system with a fan to create the "air cushion" between the table and a sheet of glass, which helps to dramatically reduce friction and facilitate all operations on the movement of the glass
  • The sound of the air system meets the threshold required standards
  • Lifting table, driven by two hydraulic cylinders reaches the desired degree of inclination for easy loading of glass by hand
  • Pneumatically actuated plate fracture mounted in desk, lifted by pneumatic cylinders controlled by pedals, which are located under the table
  • The edges of the desktop are made of solid wood for breaking the glass by hand
  • Map of cutting includes cutting straight and curly program optimization OPTY-WAY
  • Steel portal is located across the table
  • Eliminates the possibility of foreign body between the teeth
  • The carriage is driven by direct drive motor
  • Electronic searches and alignment of the glass. Use of this system has several advantages:
  • a) After loading the glass, the operator only need to click on the horizontal tilt table - the table will automatically begin cutting cycle (usually the operator's actions are as follows: run cushion of air, manually align the glass, turn off the airbag and then begin cutting cycle) b) The glass is not centered on the palm to avoid damage.
  • Adjust the pressure by cutting directly from the keyboard with the ability to keep the memory settings, linking them with the type of glass. This simplifies the machine
  • Electronic control of all parameters (pressure, velocity, acceleration of cutting, while lowering the cutting head, the beginning of the cutting head pressure) through software. Therefore, the cutting quality is always constant and high.
  • Sensor location determination of glass on the table (to avoid head injuries)
  • Simple interface and easy to use software in English

The OPTY-WAY® program is a useful reference for entering, optimizing and managing work orders for materials to be cut. This package is the end result of years of specific design research, co-operation and in-the-field experience by skilled engineers who are experts on solving company problems.

Because all procedures are fully automated and self-guided, even the most inexperienced users will quickly and easily learn the program's various functions.

OPTY-WAY® has been fully developed with a 32-bit platform on the Windows XP operating system. It has therefore all technical features of this operating system, thus being totally compatible with it. Any peripheral or pointing system, such as printers and mice, supported by Windows XP and 2000/2003, Vista and Windows 7 are automatically compatible with Opty-Way®.
Basic Modules

Besides the main system to enter cutting or order portfolio data manually or automatically and to prepare data for production, Opty-Way® is also supplied with three other basic modules:

Edit-Way – Display and editing of the cutting plans created by the optimization system. Direct data transmission to the NC system.

Label-Way - Label setup and printing system. Creation of custom label formats. Bar Code functions available.

DBTools – Database restoration system. Work archive correction and delete functions.

Add-On Modules

Depending on the version, Opty-Way® is equipped with the following add-on modules. Refer to the documentation supplied with the program to find out what the application program can offer.

Geo-Way - Parametric shapes library: Library containing "parametric" shapes i.e. normally used shapes. All geometric data for the creation of such shapes have been already set; the user just needs to set the relevant dimensions one by one as required by the program.

Door-Way - Software system for the parametric construction of simple and/or composite glass door structures. From simple glass doors to complex glazing, built on multiple facades and with different machining technologies.

TV-Way - System for displaying cutting or break-out plans of materials to be cut / broken-out by means of cutting tables or shears. Cutting sequence, crosscuts, image zoom, dimension indication, different kinds of processing, warehouse or shipping racks.

Rack-Way - Module for managing the delivery sequence or flow of the items being processed. The system is integrated with the optimization algorithm for calculating flows and reducing waste.

Other Modules

Besides the add-on modules, other products are available for stand-alone installations.

Scan-Way - program that enables to obtain the characteristics of a product to be created in glass by means of scanner or digital camera and to obtain the features needed for its production.

CAD-Way - Two-dimensional CAD to generate free shapes. Drawing system for all graphic primitives and primitive processing functions. Import/export of common and sector graphic formats. Acquire and process images via scanner.
